Through this unique and well rounded immersion you will learn ways and means to facilitate and support prenatally. The combination of alignment based poses, esoteric wisdom and evidence based information will safely and confidently guide you, to teach yoga to women during all stages of pregnancy. The 30 hour comprehensive training will include how to teach yoga to women in all stages of pregnancy. The training will explore yoga, mindfulness and breath work as a tool in preparation for childbirth.

Reiki Level I teaches us how to heal ourselves, close family members, pets and plants with the initial attunement to the Reiki energy.
People, certified to Reiki Level I, have the ability to heal themselves, family, pets and plants on a Non-professional basis. (you cannot charge clients a fee until Reiki II Practitioner Level training has been completed). This training is also ideal for any person who suffers from a long term illness or who may have a family member who suffers from a long term illness as they can use the healing on themselves or others on a daily basis to relieve any pain, discomfort, worry, fear etc. that they may be experiencing from their illness.

Reiki 2 Course Description
This course is intended for the individual with an understanding of the basic beginnings of the healing powers of Reiki, but is ready to seek a greater understanding of attunement and the flow of directed energy from the provider to the receiver.
The first level is a basic level that gets you acquainted with the universal source of healing energy and how we can use it for overall well being.
The second level on the other hand gives you more power and introduces additional symbols that can be used for specific and distance healing purposes. It also imparts you the power to heal people from a distance (even send healing energy anywhere in the world to improve crisis situations). The representative symbol associated with Reiki ll will be explored along with a review of Reiki 1 symbols too! Anyone with Reiki 1 can take this course. *Must show proof of Reiki 1 completion.
This Reiki II course will provide more advanced approaches which will equips you to treat other people as well, you can now also charge for sessions.
An Attunement from Ryah, an Usui and Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Masrer will be provided along with the distance symbol, manual, guided meditation, Reiki infused crystal and access to Facebook Group.

Why become a Reiki Master? Reiki is not only a method of holistic natural healing but also is a spiritual path which opens us up to our higher spiritual selves, our true potential as spiritual beings.
